Building Compliance Certificates

Templates To Help You Through the Process

These templates are provided to assist builders and sub-contractors in providing the necessary information to satisfy the certification requirements of the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA).

Conditions in Council's PCA agreement will refer to certification that is to be provided in relation to certain installations prior to an occupation certificate being issue for the building. By downloading the relevant template and providing the information requested, this completed template will then become your compliance certificate to be provided to Council/PCA at final inspection stage.

It is recommend that you use these templates whenever possible to ensure that a satisfactory certificate is produced.
