Ticketing Information

To have the best experience at the Jetty Memorial Theatre, please take a moment to review the following information.

Our performances start promptly at the time listed on your ticket so please allow for sufficient time for travel, parking and ticket collection in order to arrive before the performance begins.

Tickets

The Booking Office is located in the foyer of the Jetty Memorial Theatre and is open Mon-Fri 10.00am-4.00pm. The Booking Office is also open an hour before the commencement of each performance. When you receive your tickets please check them to ensure that they are for the correct performance and date.

In order to maintain a safe environment, everyone attending a performance must have a valid ticket. Tickets do not have to be purchased for infants under the age of 2 years.

Reservations

Reservations and payments can be made by customers via telephone, in person at the booking office or online at www.coffsharbour.nsw.gov.au/jettytheatre. We ask that all tickets be paid for within 48 hours of making a reservation (unless the performance occurs within the 48-hour period).

Customers may reserve and pay for them up to, and including, the day of the performance while the tickets are available from the Jetty Memorial Theatre Booking Office. Management reserves the right to change this policy to meet Jetty Memorial Theatre and the presenting company's needs. Management reserves the right to return any unpaid reservations to general sale as it sees fit.

A concession will apply to those patrons who hold a valid Government Pension/Seniors Card or full-time student's card. These cards are recognised for performances and events hosted by the Jetty Memorial Theatre. Please note these cards may not be recognised for events staged by other presenting companies, please enquire when booking.

Refunds/Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged for other performances, where possible, up to 48 hours before a show. Tickets sold within 48 hours of the starting time are not refundable or exchangeable.

For Jetty Memorial Theatre Subscribers, any exchanges must be within the subscription season of shows.

This policy is subject to alteration at the discretion of the presenting company.

AccessWheelchair Access



If you require wheelchair access or require other assistance at the Jetty Memorial Theatre please indicate on the booking form or inform box office staff at the time of making your booking.

It is also Theatre Policy to remove any walking frames, prams etc from the auditorium to the foyer for the safety of all patrons. Ushers will return items upon request, during interval and at the end of the performance.

Hearing Impaired
The Theatre is fitted with a hearing aid induction loop. Use 'T' switch on your hearing aid to access. Aisle seats are suggested.

Vision Impaired
If you would like to be seated in the front rows of the theatre please inform box office staff at the time of making your booking.

Guide Dogs
Guide dogs can be taken in to the auditorium. Please inform box office staff at the time of your booking so arrangements can be made.

Companion Card
We recognise the Companion Card and will provide a second ticket for the cardholder's companion at no charge.

Latecomers
Auditorium Doors open 20 minutes prior to the commencement of each performance. For the safety and comfort of the performers and other audience members, latecomers will only be admitted into the theatre at a suitable break. This varies from performance to performance and for some performances can be at the first interval.

Parking

Access
Accessible parking is available on Edinburgh Street. There is also ample parking along Harbour Drive and Edinburgh Street. Please ensure that when visiting the theatre you do not restrict any driveways or park in any restricted areas.

Two Minute Drop Off Zone

The first two car spaces on Harbour Drive adjacent to the theatre are zoned for quick drop-off. If you have passengers with limited mobility they can be dropped off close to the theatre door and then you can proceed to park your car.

Kiosk
For your enjoyment a kiosk is located in the foyer of the Jetty Memorial Theatre offering a selection of hot and cold beverages and snacks. Certain beverage items are not permitted in the auditoriums.

Smoking No Smoking

 

For the comfort of all our Theatre Patrons the Jetty Memorial Theatre is a No Smoking Venue and we request that patrons abide by the Smoke Free Environment Act 2000 which designates that there is no smoking within 4 metres of any entrance to the building.

For the Comfort of All
We request that mobile phones, pagers and alarms be turned off before entering the theatre. Cameras and any form of electronic recording device are not to be used during performances.

Please note that Management reserves the right to refuse admission and in such event, the patron will oblige by all and any refund or cancellation as applicable.

Season Details
The Jetty Memorial Theatre reserves the right to add, withdraw and substitute artists and vary the program should the need arise. Should a performance be cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and a full refund, credit or exchange offered.
