The Coffs Harbour Regional Museum collects, preserves, interprets and exhibits items of historical significance from the Coffs Harbour region.

The Collection
The Museum is a valuable community asset that has about 10,000 artefacts, including a working lighthouse built around 1875 and a 1910 Star, which was the first motorised taxi in Coffs Harbour.
The Museum has a research role, providing information to school groups, university students and any other interested groups or individuals. Volunteers can help you find information on local pioneering history, produce displays on request and help you source books and historical photographs.
Group visits can be arranged. Contact the Museum for more information.
