CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. This ticket is sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting this event and is subject to the conditions applicable to that event and/or the venue where held.
2. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase.
3. The right is reserved to vary advertised programmes and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
4. Any personal particulars you provide us with in the course of booking your ticket will only be used by the Jetty Memorial Theatre to supply you with information about events and will not be sold or used for commercial purposes.
5. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and in such event, the patron will oblige by all and any refund or cancellation policy as applicable.
6. Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of the management at a convenient break in the programme.
7. The use of cameras or recording equipment is strictly forbidden.
8. Patrons will adhere to all and any house rules.
9. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.
