Sports Unit

Council set up the Coffs Harbour Sports Unit in 2001 to develop a more professional and coordinated approach to sport in the City.

The role of the Sports Unit is to:

1. Manage Coffs Harbour's sporting grounds
2. Manage major sporting events in the City

The Sports Unit liaises with sporting groups from the grass roots level, through to State and National sporting organisations.   

The Sports Unit staff share a common passion for sport, Coffs Harbour, and the drive to raise the benchmark of sport in regional Australia.

Events Management

The Coffs Harbour Sports Unit offers a range of sports management and marketing services. 

The unit is committed to challenging sporting associations to push the boundaries, explore new opportunities and pioneer new strategies in the fields of sport.
