- the creation of a safe community environment
- a reduction in the incidence of crime in focus areas
- a reduction in fear of crime

Coffs Harbour City Council Crime Prevention and Safety Plan 2008 - 2011
This Crime Prevention Safety Plan has been developed by Coffs Harbour City Council Community Services and in conjunction with the Community Drug Action Team.
The plan sets the priorities for local crime prevention and outlines a range of short and long-term strategies for preventing and minimising crime and enhancing community safety.
Community organisations are encouraged to work in partnership with Council in implementing and monitoring this plan. Contact CHCC Community Services for more information.
