Nature drawings by Col South Col South is a retired High School Principal who grew up in Dorrigo with the Dorrigo National Park as a playground.

With a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Arts he studied art for one year with Frank Hinder at Sydney Teachers College. He furthered his love for art with several courses at Camp Creative and Grafton's Art Fest.

Having retired to Coffs Harbour eight years ago Col has devoted his time to drawing and painting. He is an accomplished model maker, woodturner and furniture maker. He frames the works himself with many mouldings manufactured from recovered and recycled North Coast Red Cedar.
