A total of 22,000 cubic metres of earth was removed from various construction sites, 8,000 cubic metres of high quality fill was restored, and 5,000 cubic metres of fill is being recycled to build the Bakers Road storage facility, a flood mitigation project (photo Nov 28, 2007).
