Community Village - Function Rooms

Coffs Harbour's Community Village has modern meeting rooms available for hire for meetings or conventions, accommodating up to 150 people. Cavanbah Hall, located on Harbour Drive, is also available for hire.

Facilities

• Each room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.
• TV/Video/DVD, overhead projector and whiteboards are available for a small fee.

Weddings

The Village rooms are ideal for a wedding reception, using the beautifully maintained gardens for the ceremony.  As there are no on-site caterers, you are welcome to do your own or bring in a caterer of your choice. The Village Coordinator, Ellen Davis, is experienced in wedding planning and is available to assist in all areas of your wedding. 

The rooms are modern and competitively priced, and a large variety of tableware, catering and other items can also be hired for a small charge.  Contact Ellen for an appointment to discuss your needs.

Chill Out Café

One of our rooms is hired permanently every Wednesday and Thursday for the operation of Chill Out Café. This Café is a training café for people with disabilities and is sponsored by Coffs Harbour Support Services and Coffs Harbour Meals on Wheels.  They are open for morning tea between 10am and 12noon, and lunches from 12noon to 2pm, on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Their meals and cakes, which are made on site, are available at very reasonable prices.
