The Norm Jordan Pavilion is situated on the Pacific Highway, 500m north of the centre of town, at the Coffs Harbour Showground with other facilities such as the Pacific Dance centre, gymnasium and the Coffs Harbour Arts and Craft Group.

The pavilion is a modern, well-appointed building with carpeted floors and is suitable for conferences, meetings, trade exhibitions, weddings and private functions.  There are two identical rooms, each measuring 21m x 12m, with seating for up to 288 in the theatre and 240 in the dining section.

There is a fully licensed bar, an on-site caterer with 20 years experience, an in-built sound system with cordless microphone, ten telephone outlets on each side, portable dance floor, disabled access and amenities, whiteboard and overhead projector/ screen.

There is also a boardroom available for small meetings and conferences for up to ten persons with tea/coffee making facilities.
