Coffs Harbour City Council’s ePlanning portal allows you to browse Council's City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2011 and the City Centre Development Control Plan, undertake a planning enquiry and view the relevant planning controls that apply to a property and/or a development proposed to be located within the City Centre. The portal also allows you to track a recently submitted or determined development application and provides general information about individual properties within the Coffs Harbour Local Government Area.
