How do I book a free tour?
Go to the tours page to book online or phone the Coffs Harbour Visitor Information Centre on 6648 4990 to book over the phone or for more information.

Bookings are essential, as places are limited and tours do get fully booked.
Places are limited, with a maximum of between 12 and 20 people being able to attend each tour, to ensure that you have a personal and high quality tour experience. 

Coffs Ambassadors Tours is a partnership program with the National Parks and Wildlife Service and the Solitary Islands Marine Park and is funded by Council's Environmental Levy.

In 2012, Coffs Ambassadors Tours won the Communications, Education and Empowerment Award at the NSW Local Government Excellence in the Environment Awards.

How can I find out about upcoming tours?
To be the first to find out about each new Coffs Ambassadors Tours Program, sign up to Council's What's On e-newsletter.

Tours are run all year-round and tour dates are advertised a few weeks before the start of each season.

Where do I find the meeting spot for each tour?
Once you have booked your place on the tour, you will be sent an email with a detailed description of the meeting spot.

Why are the tours free?
Coffs Ambassadors Tours is a Council program and our Ambassador Tour Guides generously volunteer their time because they are passionate about sharing their knowledge with their community.
