Open Space Plan of Management

The strategy intends to guide the acquisition and development of open space lands to meet the needs of a growing community. The document covers the entire Local Government Area and focuses on Council controlled open space lands and recreation facilities. 

Natural Areas Plan of Management

The plan covers a range of lands classified as Natural Areas and managed by Coffs Harbour City Council on behalf of the community. Natural areas contribute greatly to the visual character of Coffs Harbour and provide catchment management benefits and a refuge for native flora and fauna species.  

Coffs Harbour Coastal Reserves Plan of Management

The Plan was prepared to guide management, use and development of Coastal Crown Reserves for which Coffs Harbour City Council is the appointed Corporate Manager of the Reserve Trust.
