Bank Slashing

Coffs Harbour – urban areas.

Motorists are to take care.

Signs will be in place.

 

Weed Spraying

Reserves: Woolgoolga, Coffs Harbour & Sawtell.

Roadsides: Coffs Harbour (South & West rural roads).

 

Pedestrians are to take care.

Vegetation Removal

Brooklana – Kirtons Road.

Garden Maintenance

 

Pacific Highway (South) – Englands Road to Sawtell Road overpass.

 

Motorists & cyclists are to take care.

Be aware of staff on the road verge & median.

Lane closures of the north & south bound lanes adjacent to median. Limited sections closed at one time.

Speed reductions to 60kms / hour implemented past work site.

Traffic control & signs will be in place.

 

Maintenance Grading

Main Road 120 – Eastern Dorrigo Way.

Bonville – Cassidy’s Road.

Brooklana – Whitney’s Road.

Footpath Repairs

Woolgoolga – Beach Street.

Pedestrians are to take care.

Signs & detours will be in place.

 

Landslip Repairs

Bank Stabilisation

 

Sawtell – Boronia Street “Chinaman’s Creek”.

Pedestrians are to take care.

Rehabilitation works to secure the creek bank after erosion.

Signs will be in place.

 

Boat Ramp Dredging

Coffs Harbour – Jordon Esplanade “Jetty Boat Ramp”.

Boat operators & pedestrians are to take care.

 Be aware of heavy machinery.

Signs will be in place.

 

Bridge Construction

Coffs Harbour – Shephards Lane.

Sandy Beach – Puhos Road.

 

Motorists are to take care & be aware of staff on road verge.

Detour / side road will be in place at Puhos Road.

Water Main Renewal

Coffs Harbour – Harbour Drive (Moore & Edinburgh Street).

Water Main Reconstruction

Karangi – Upper Orara Road (Karangi Dam to Water Treatment Plant).

Water Main Upgrade Works

 

Coffs Harbour – Arthur Street.

Motorists, cyclists & pedestrians are to take care.

Works will be conducted during the hours of 9am to 3pm from 11th August to 5th September.

Residents are advised to park vehicles in the street as access to properties will be disrupted.

Signs & pedestrian detours will be in place.

 

Bridge Limits Reinforced

 

Bucca – Central Bucca “Powiks Bridge” (Weirs Road to Mardells Road South).

Upper Orara – Island Loop Road “Kellets Bridge” (Friday Creek Road to Dingo Creek Road).

 

Motorists are to be aware of new bridge limit.

Powiks Bridge 12 tonne (max GVM).

Kellets Bridge 9 tonne (max GVM).
