Book Club Lending Service
About the Library's Book Club Service
- All club members must be a member of Coffs Harbour City Library and Information Service.
- Clubs are required to annually donate an agreed title to help build the book club collection. We request one copy for each member in your club (to a maximum of 10 copies).
- The book club will nominate a coordinator whose name will appear on the club's library registration as the contact person for the club.
- Book club coordinators must be over 18 years of age.
- Only book club kits can be borrowed on the book club card.
- Clubs requiring additional copies can borrow from the library as usual with the normal borrowing period applying.
- Book club kits may be reserved up to 6 months in advance. To reserve a kit please contact Jessie on 6648 4912 or email coffs.library@chcc.nsw.gov.au (Attention: Jessie).
- Member clubs will receive email advice of author visits and other library events.

Book Club Kits
- Book club kits are available for a 6 week loan with the option for one renewal.
- Choose from a growing selection of contemporary titles.
- Kits include:
- Minimum of 10 copies of the book
- Discussion questions and notes
- Talking book and DVD version if available
- We welcome your suggestions for new titles and any other comments you may have about the service.
