Services

Internet

Free Internet access is available for all library users at all of our branches.

Internet Guidelines

Internet users must abide by the Library's Public Access Internet Policy.

Computers in the LibraryBookings

Bookings are required to use the Internet. This can be done by visiting the library location you wish to use and making a booking via 'self-serve' booking sheets (you can book up to a week in advance). Bookings are not taken by telephone.

Visitors (non-members)

Visitors are restricted to selected computers ('WEB' PCs) and can only book up to half an hour (30 minutes) per day per user.

Library members

Members can book any computer, including our 'PAC' (Public Access Computer) PCs which include document processing programs. Members can book the Internet for up to an hour (60 minutes) per day per user.

Printing

The Library charges for printing only (see our Fees & Charges). Copycards are used at Coffs Library for this service which can be purchased from the front counter.

Disability Access

Selected PCs have special software (eg. ZoomText) and hardware (eg. touch screens & trackball mouse) for people with disabilities.
