BONVILLE LARGE LOT RESIDENTIAL INVESTIGATION AREA
DRAFT BONVILLE RURAL RESIDENTIAL AREA DEVELOPER CONTRIBUTIONS PLAN (CP)
 
Council resolved at its meeting of 25 September 2014 to seek a Gateway Determination from the Minister for Planning for a Planning Proposal (PP_2015_COFFS_005_00) which seeks to rezone parts of the Bonville Rural Residential Investigation Area for large lot (rural) residential purposes.
 
Council also resolved to place a draft CP applying to that Investigation Area on exhibition, pending endorsement by the Minister.
 
In accordance with the Minister’s determination, Council will exhibit the Planning Proposal, and draft CP under Section 57 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
 
The Minister for Planning has not authorised delegation to Council for the making of this Planning Proposal.
 
The exhibition period will be held from Wednesday, 20 January 2016 to Wednesday, 27 February 2016.  The Planning Proposal, draft CP and associated documentation can be viewed below, or at Coffs Harbour City Council Administration Building, 2 Castle Street, Coffs Harbour during normal office hours.  The documents will also be available for viewing at the Bonville Post Office and General Store during the exhibition period.
 
 
Written submissions must be accompanied, where relevant, by a “Disclosure Statement of Political Donations and Gifts” in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government and Planning Legislation Amendment (Political Donations) Act 2008 No. 44 Disclosure forms are available from Council’s Customer Service Section or on Council’s website www.coffsharbour.nsw.gov.au/disclosurestatement.
 
Submissions to the planning proposal are to be addressed to the General Manager, Locked Bag 155, Coffs Harbour 2450 and are to be submitted no later than close of business on Wednesday, 27 February 2016.
