Draft Code of Meeting Practice
Coffs Harbour City Council resolved at its meeting on 25 June 2015 to give public notice of its intention to adopt the Draft Code of Meeting Practice. The Code of Meeting Practice governs how we conduct Council meetings. The Code includes the notice and frequency of meetings, attendance and required quorum, declaration of interests and the conduct the meeting and public address at Council.
The exhibition period will be for 28 days from Wednesday, 8 July 2015 to Wednesday, 5 August 2015.

What we do with your information
Council is committed to openness and transparency in its decision making processes.  The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA) requires Council to provide public access to information held unless there are overriding public interest considerations against disclosure.  Any submissions received will be made publicly available unless the writer can demonstrate that the release of part or all of the information would not be in the public interest.   However, Council is obliged to release any document by court order or other specific law.
