Tenders
A list of the names of all tenderers, in alphabetical order, will be disclosed to the public on the Coffs Harbour City Council website within 7 days of the tender closing date.
In multi-staged select tender procurement, identities of shortlisted proponents will be disclosed within 7 days of their being shortlisted to be invited to submit a tender.
Contracts
Disclosure of private sector contracts with an estimated value of $150,000 or above will be made available within 60 days of the contract coming into existence.
A contract summary of the information required under Part 3, Division 5 of the Government Information (Public Access) Act will be published on Council's website.
