Profile Summary

I moved to Coffs Harbour with my parents as a young boy in 1972 and fell in love with the natural beauty of this area. After living in Sydney and Japan I again moved back to Coffs with my own family in 2005, never having been away longer than 12 months.

I wish to help preserve the beauty of this land and its natural integrity while at the same time allowing for the increase of new arrivals to the region. I believe that we need to alter the way we design and plan our cities in terms of land use and transport options as well as reconsider our future choices for local industry. I am certain that genuinely sustainable options for development in Coffs Harbour exist, that the reasons for implementing them are real and will ultimately create an even more beautiful place in which to live.
