Council meetings are held in the Council Chamber on the second and fourth Thursday of every month from 5.00pm. The meetings are open to the public.

Public Forums and Addresses

Members of the public may address Council on matters not on Council’s agenda at a Public Forum held on the second Thursday of the month at 5.00pm.

Members of the public may address Council, or any of its committees, on matters listed on the Council agenda at both the Council meetings on the second and fourth Thursday of the month. The Public Addresses commence at 5.00pm.

Council should however, be informed of your need to address Council at least four days before the meeting and of the issue to be addressed.

Public addresses are limited to five minutes unless varied by the Mayor or Chairman should circumstances dictate.
