How Can Members of the Public Access our Information?
Members of the public seeking access to Council information should initially search this section of the website, particularly the table below.

The Officer will either:
- advise where the information is located;
- ascertain if the document sought can be obtained from Council's website, Customer Services or referral to Council's technical or professional staff. For example, copies of building application plans and approvals are provided by Customer Services within a 48 hour timeframe;
- handle your request as an Informal Request; or
- in limited circumstances, request that a "Formal Access Application" form be lodged. The applicant will be required to pay an application fee of $30.00 and where applicable, an additional charge for processing the application ($30.00/hour)
