Why invest in Coffs Harbour?

Coffs Harbour's great climate and strategic position between two major capital cities on Australia's east coast have seen the City grow into an important regional hub for business and government. Coffs Harbour City Council is committed to helping grow sustainable industries and businesses throughout its local government area. The region's strong economic and population growth, along with Coffs Harbour City Council's forward thinking approach to strategic planning and environmental management, make it one of the fastest growing and most dynamic areas within NSW.

A new vision for Coffs Harbour

The NSW Government has identified Coffs Harbour as a major regional centre of the Mid North Coast.

Council has ensured that the city has everything that it needs to grow and be sustainable - such as a state of the art Regional Water Supply Scheme, Water Filtration Plant, High-tech Waste Management System, National Broadband Network, university level education, regional airport, growing population, falling unemployment, strong health care sector.
